Free Vaccines and Wellness for Life are revolutionary preventative wellness programs that offer exceptional healthcare for your animal companion(s). By enrolling your pet with Compassion Veterinary Hospital (CVH), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below:
- An initial enrollment fee will be paid to CVH per pet enrolled. Along with the one-time enrollment fee per pet, every pet enrolled must have a full annual physical exam performed at CVH every 12 months. The physical exam is a nose-to-tail, ears-to-toes, hands-on evaluation done by a licensed veterinarian; they will also listen to the patient’s heart and lungs. The cost of the annual physical exam is the owner’s financial responsibility at the time of service. The enrollment fee is a non-refundable fee that will be paid once for each individual pet as long as the pet is seen each year during the anniversary month of enrollment for a complete annual physical exam. Re-enrollment with the above fee will be necessary if the pet fails to be seen within the 12-month timeline following enrollment.
- This fee is applied to the individual pet enrolled and is not transferable to any other pet. It may be transferred to another owner if ownership of that pet has changed. As long as the pet receives the annual physical exam described above, it will remain enrolled.
- Enrolled pets in Free Vaccines for Life will receive all Core Vaccines recommended by the governing bodies of companion animals in veterinary medicine, including the AVMA, AAHA, AAFP, and WASAVA*.
Core Vaccines are those that are recommended for all pets based on the commonly faced Health Risk Factors*. Non-core vaccinations are those needed only for risk factors beyond the routine immunizations for the average pet. Vaccination intervals will also be recommended depending on the guidelines of the above organizations as well as a review of the pet’s exposure to current or future Health Risk Factors.

Not all pets will require all of the vaccinations each year. Our goal is to keep your pet current on vaccinations required for a healthy pet based on the individual patient’s needs and lifestyle. The final decision will always be yours as the pet owner. For the best preventative healthcare for your pet, an annual comprehensive examination should be done with all Health Risk Factors evaluated (meaning the annual recommended diagnostics and screenings). Vaccination protocol will be based on this, and most importantly, our thorough examination is designed to educate you on any current or future health concerns that may affect the quality and longevity of your pet partner’s life.
